LA CIUDAD CON NIÑOS

Star Star Star Star Star

Malaga is a wonderful and safe city to visit with children.

My recommendations for a visit to our city are;

- Stroll along MUELLE UNO, where besides doing some shopping, you can also eat in its many restaurants (Cambara, Mamma Mia, La Tagliatela, TGB, are the best for children), throw bread to the fish and see some mega yachts that are usually docked in the port. You can also see one of the best sunsets in the city. A very pleasant area for a family stroll.

In summer I recommend going in the evenings and in the other seasons it is very pleasant both at night and in the middle of the day.

In Muelle Uno you will also find some fun water activities for adults and children (go to my activities category and book the catamarans, fast and without queues).

- Take the CITY SIGHTSEEING BUS (You will find all the info in my Transport/Public Transport category). Nice as you can see the city comfortably without children saying ..... I'M TIREEEEED. As a special recommendation here I suggest you go up to Gibralfaro, with the red bus line, enter the Castle, which is worth a visit for its history and the views you can see from there.

- Another possibility and a pleasant walk with children is the "LA MALAGUETA" PATH, 610 m long, with spectacular views of the bullring, pier one and the park promenade, among others, ending at the Gibralfaro viewpoint where you can take some wonderful photos. It is accessed by the ascent to the Gibralfaro Castle, a few metres before reaching the Parador.

- Another thing that the kids can't leave without trying are the delicious and healthy "frituras malagueñas". Try any chiringuito on the beach where, as well as eating delicious, healthy and tasty food, they can play in the sand on the beach. For me the best ones are LAS PALMERAS, EL BALNEARIO and LOS ESPIGONES (you can see it in my category restaurants).

- If you have more than one day and you want to visit a nearby village, the most original one to visit with children is the smurf village: JÚZCAR. (In my category villages you can find how to get there).

- It is great fun to visit the CUEVA DEL TESORO, 15 km from the city centre, in Rincón de la Victoria. One of the 3 caves of marine origin in the world. Click here and book your ticket.

- For the more adventurous and not afraid of heights, you have in Marbella AVENTURA AMAZONIA, fun in the trees.

- Another of the most spectacular excursions is to go to the famous CAMINITO DEL REY. (In my activities category you have everything you need to make your reservation easily and comfortably. It is a very popular activity so if you are interested don't hesitate to make your reservation).
