"If you haven't been to El Pimpi, you haven't been to Malaga". One of the most emblematic places in Malaga that has become, in its more than 40 years of existence, a meeting place for all the people of Malaga, young and old, and an indispensable place for tourists visiting our city.
Founded in 1971, El Pimpi is located in an old 18th century Malaga mansion, and is surrounded by some of the most important historical monuments and cultural sites of our city: Alcazaba, Roman Theatre, Picasso Museum, Carmen Thyssen Museum, Plaza de la Merced. It is one of the oldest wineries in Malaga, where it is possible to enjoy the local gastronomy and local wines, but above all, the tradition and culture of southern Spain.

El Pimpi is one of the most traditional bodegas in the city.

A meeting place for celebrities, locals and visitors where you can enjoy our gastronomy, local wines, tradition and culture, but above all an authentic atmosphere.

Our decoration is inspired by flamenco and bullfighting motifs, including an old collection of fair posters. One of the most famous rooms is the Salón de los Barriles, where famous personalities from the world of culture, flamenco, cinema, music and politics, among others, have signed their boots. One of the most international Malagueños, the actor and director Antonio Banderas, chose El Pimpi to shoot the film "El Camino de los Ingleses", as did the director Juan Antonio Bardem who filmed "El Joven Picasso".
